These guys are good. We have a VOL-BX machine we use it to saturate small pouches of wipes (50 mL each). We have done extensive studies and the variation is less than 1%. Machine is working very well. Gary placed it where it needed to be and it capped with no adjustment.

Service department is best in class, they have the parts needed in stock and get them out quickly! We've been using an older kaps-all capper for a couple years, have not had many issues with it, using dual gripper belts did help with torque. Now we have a couple new machines by kaps-all, the built in logic on them is wonderful! Simple operation, easy repairs. They also sent "set up" sheets to change our product sizes easily. Kapsall has been incredible to work with. I have purchased over 8 pieces of equipment. Their equipment is easy to use and easy to train people to use it. Its affordable, but some of their parts are delicate so you must treat with care. Their customer service is great and so far their parts have always been in stock.

We have worked with Mike Herzog for 4 years now and have just handed over another project. They are my first and only call when it comes to equipment. The equipment works and is easily maintained, the customer service has been excellent although rarely needed.
